Mash boiled potatoes
Grind soaked dal
Add 1 tsp salt and 1tsp chopped coriander
Heat 2 tsp oil.. Add zeera and hing let wait for a few seconds
Add chopped onions... Stir and cook for a minute
Add all masala... Mix well
Add all vegetables... Mix well.. Cover it and cook for 4-5 minutes on low flame
Add chopped coriander and mix well
Cut Hot Dog bun from centre (lengthwise)
Fill potato masala
Cut in two pieces from centre
Heat 2 cup oil in a kadahi on high flame
Coat Hot Dog piece in grind dal and fry in oil one by one on medium flame till golden color
Serve hot with sauce/chatani
